The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) in a small apartment building in the center of Groet. From the living room, you look out over the center. The location is fantastic, only about 2000 meters from the beautiful Camperduin beach. Behind the building is the nature reserve. There are beautiful cycling and walking paths through the forest and to the dunes leading to the beach.
Layout: Bright living room with comfortable seating and TV. Fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.), modern bathroom with double shower. Hallway and separate toilet. 1 bedroom with a double bed, blackout curtains, and wardrobe, and a small bedroom with a single bed (90x200) and closet space. Both bedrooms have their own access as well as access to the bathroom.
