Description

The “Yachting Residence” is located directly on the sun-drenched lake-front of Lago Maggiore. The residence has an approx. 250 m long garden with a large sun-bathing lawn, direct access to the lake, a BBQ area and a boat landing-stage.

The 3-room apartment "B 11" (approx. 90 m²) is on the upper floor of the residence and has been renovated and tastefully furnished in 2016. The apartment offers a balcony (approx. 15 m²) with breathtaking views of the lake and a gratis WLAN Internet connection.

Die Wohnung war schmutzig, Toilettenbrille ist abgenutzt und es wurde Versucht die Klobrille mit Schleifpapier zu reinigen. Es regnet durch den def. Abluftventilator in das Bad. Das Schlafzimmerfenster erstreckt sich in einen Flur der auch von anderen Bewohnern im Hause genutzt wird und es somit unmöglich macht das Fenster Nachts offen zu lassen. Die Verw. Frau Sara spricht kein Deutsch und ist sehr unpünktlich. Einige Kopfkissen hatten gelbe Flecken und konnten nicht benutzt werden. Zu wenig Handtücher bereitgestellt (5Stück für 3 Pers.) Die Verwalterin war bei der Abreise nicht da und ich sollte den Schlüssel einfach auf den Küchentisch legen und die Tür zu machen. Alle genanten Punkte wurden Lago Reisen gemeldet. Leider kann man keine Bilder einfügen. Kommen nichtmehr. Fam.Lenz
