Through the hall, you take the stairs up to the apartment. The living room with dining area has a sliding door that opens onto a spacious and sunny roof terrace. The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a (children's) bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. If the tenant cancels the rental agreement for any reason, and there is no cancellation insurance, then the tenant is obligated to pay the landlord compensation equal to the rental amount or a part of the rental amount.
