If the tenant cancels the rental agreement for any reason, and there is no cancellation insurance, then the tenant is obligated to pay the landlord compensation equal to the rental amount or a part of the rental amount. From the time of booking up to six weeks before the start of the rental, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental to the second week before the start of the rental, we will charge you 75%. From 2 weeks before the start date, 100% will be charged. You also pay €25 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, the money already paid will be refunded.
