This modern pool cottage from 2025 with indoor swimming pool and hot tub, where you can play and enjoy each other's company, is located on the edge of a large cottage area in Marielyst, approx. 1150 meters from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches. Marielyst town center is about 2 km from the cottage, where you can do your shopping and find restaurants.The cozy living room is combined with a modern kitchen, which includes an induction stove, separate oven and microwave, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. The window facade provides beautiful daylight to the living room and dining table. The living room has a smart TV and wireless internet.There is underfloor heating throughout the house, which is heated by an energy-efficient air/water heat pump. There are five bedrooms, two with double beds and three with two single beds, as well as a loft with space for two people and a PlayStation for children and the young at heart. There are two bathrooms in the house, each equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. One of them also has a washing machine and dryer.Enjoy the sun on the terrace in the garden furniture or on the sun loungers, and when evening approaches, you can extend the evening's cosiness under the covered terrace while conjuring up a delicious meal on the charcoal grill.The cottage is located on a 1500 m2 plot, which encourages games and play, and there is, among other things, an in-ground trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance) and a play frame.
