With 45 sqm of living space spread over two levels, separated into living and sleeping areas, plus a balcony, this comfortable abode provides ample space for up to 4 guests. The amenities far exceed the local standard.
The living and dining room includes German satellite TV, a stereo system with CD player, and a generous, modern, and very well-equipped fitted kitchen. A large sliding glass door leads to the adjoining well-furnished balcony. From here, you have a beautiful sea view, the perfect spot to relax to the sound of the waves. An awning provides shade.
There is also a separate WC with hand basin on the ground floor.
A staircase from the living room leads to the bedrooms (both with stunning sea views), the bathroom with shower, WC, and washbasin combination.
The holiday complex features a communal swimming pool, which is used by the homeowners and their holiday guests. The residence is secured with a barrier or an electric rolling gate. 2 private parking spaces belonging to the house are located 30m from the house, within the complex.

For cancellations from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the rental, 50% of the rental price is charged. For cancellations from the 34th to the 10th day before the start of the rental, 80% of the rental price is charged. For later cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the rental price is charged. The cancellation fees are waived if the holiday property can be rented out for the same period at the same price to someone else.
