If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For later cancellations, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged, minus services not utilized, provided these are not included as a flat rate in the daily or weekly price according to the price list.
