This characteristic Elban country house is nestled amidst lush greenery, surrounded by Mediterranean scrubland and offering views of Patresi Bay and the ancient lighthouse, Il Faro.
The house is approximately 200 meters from the main road and easily accessible by car via a private driveway, ensuring peace and privacy. It is located close to the beach.
The sea and beach are a 3-minute walk away via a footpath.
