This characteristic Elban country house is nestled amidst lush greenery, surrounded by Mediterranean scrubland and offering views of Patresi Bay and the ancient lighthouse, Il Faro.
The house is approximately 200 meters from the main road and easily accessible by car via a private driveway, ensuring peace and privacy. It is located close to the beach.
The sea and beach are a 3-minute walk away via a footpath.
Sant Andrea beach is just a short drive away.
The house is spread over two floors.
The lower level features a living room with a sitting area, connected by two glass doors to a large furnished terrace with a loggia offering beautiful sea views, a fully equipped kitchen with another covered terrace suitable for dining, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, there is a large room with two sleeping options, another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a small bathroom with a shower. In addition to the stairs from the living room on the ground floor, the upper level also has its own access to the rear, elevated garden, thus offering the possibility of living on the two floors separately.
