The recently completed natural stone villa is approx. 320 square meters in size and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle... In the living room there is a large television with satellite reception. Almost all German free channels can be received.
The bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning.
Each bedroom has a safe and terrace or roof terrace. The bedrooms can be darkened.
All windows and patio doors have fly screens.
In front of the living room there is a large terrace and the spacious pool area, which is equipped with high-quality furniture, loungers and a dining area. The villa has a heated pool!
Additionally there is also a pool deck.
All rooms have shutters or blinds and are equipped with fly screens. Underfloor heating provides further comfort in the cooler seasons.
The house is cleaned once a week, or twice if requested.
