Description
The upper level invites you to barbecue and gather around the table and eat outdoors.The interior of the villa successfully combines modern and traditional with a touch of Mediterranean style.
On the lower ground floor there is an old renovated tavern where you can cool off on hot summer days thanks to the thick stone walls, rest and also prepare and enjoy a fine meal. This part of the house has a separate entrance but is also connected to the rest of the house from the inside. It has an interesting toilet.
On the first floor, which is accessible via a closed and covered terrace where you can enjoy a morning coffee with a sea view, there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a spacious living room. There is also a bathroom with shower/toilet.
On the second floor there are three comfortable and beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a large bathroom with shower/bath/toilet. A special place is occupied by a small but cozy gallery with an armchair, which serves for moments of relaxation with a good book or music.
The house is fully air-conditioned with two air conditioning units.
The villa offers a relaxing holiday as well as a variety of activities to make your vacation comfortable and unforgettable.
The pool can be heated on request (April, May, September, October) for an additional charge of €20 per day, the temperature depends on the weather.
Groups of young people under 26 years of age are not allowed.

Super eingerichtet! Man fühlt sich sehr wohl!
Es gibt einen Strand den man mit dem Auto erreichen kann (Brsec). Da sind natürlich auch andere Urlauber. Oder man geht zum Strand (ca 30-40 min) bzw. fährt 5min und geht (ca 15-20min zu einem wunderschönen Strand wo man entweder alleine ist oder sich die große Bucht mit wenigen Leuten teilt.
Allen in Allen sehr zu empfehlen.
Ein toller Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Villa.
Toll ist, dass die Terasse so groß überdacht ist, damit kann man bei jedem Wetter draussen sitzen. Der Pool ist sauber und super zum relaxen.
Der Fußweg zum Strand ist mit einem 8-jährigen Kind anstrengend und hat bei uns etwa 40 min gedauert.
Dafür sind die Strände die mit dem Auto erreichbar sind, sehr schön.
