Villa Maru, located in the picturesque town of Brsec in the beautiful Kvarner Bay, offers the perfect place to relax with family or friends. With a capacity of 12 people in 6 spacious bedrooms, the villa offers everything you need for a pleasant vacation with your loved ones.
The fenced plot offers complete privacy and creates a peaceful environment for your stay. The pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor shower, is the perfect place to relax with a stunning view that will take your breath away. Enjoy staying on the outdoor terrace with barbecue, outdoor dining area and private vegetable garden.
Private parking for 3 cars and a garage for 2 cars ensure comfort during your stay. Other amenities include a sauna, table tennis, football and a wine cellar, offering a variety of entertainment options.
The ground floor of the villa consists of a spacious open plan living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. On this floor there are also two comfortable bedrooms and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are four more bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, TV, private bathroom and exit to the terrace.
Groups of young people under 26 years of age are expressly prohibited!

Ein tolles Haus! Das Haus war genau so, wie es auf den Bildern dargestellt ist.
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Es lief alles einfach und unkompliziert ab.
Wir waren als Familie, Großeltern, Eltern und Kinder zusammen in Urlaub.
Das Haus hat super gepasst und ist, auf jeden Fall, weiterzuempfehlen!

The facility is perfectly prepared in every possible detail. Finishing, standard, amenities, preparation by the owners. The rooms, the outdoor area, everything 10/10. Swimming pool, sauna, billiards, ping-pong, table football, darts - there is simply everything here. The owners take care of their guests, and suggest which attractions are worth visiting. Great view of the surrounding area from the teritory. I definitely recommend it, the facility is simply worth it.

Die Villa war einfach super. Die Fotos waren schon sehr viel versprechend aber vor Ort wurden einfach alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin begrüßt und uns wurde einiges erklärt und gezeigt. In der Villa fehlt es an nichts. Die Villa wurde mit viel Liebe und Auge für Details eingerichtet und bestückt. Bei Fragen auch außerhalb des Vermietungsverhältnis war die Vermieterin sofort zur Stelle und hat geholfen. Wir bedanken uns für einen grandiosen Aufenthalt in einer wirklich perfekten Unterkunft.
In der Villa Maru kann man sich nur wohlfühlen! Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünschen kann. Die Inhaber Ivana und Renato sind gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Besser geht es nicht.
Sehr gutes Ferienhaus, wir waren mit 11 Personen – nichts zu beanstanden. Sehr aufmerksame Vermieter, immer hilfreich zur Stelle (wenn nötig). Ausstattung perfekt, wir haben nichts vermisst. Preis-Leistung ist völlig in Ordung.

Ivana und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber ihre Gastfreundschaft hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Alles war unkompliziert und sie hatten auf alle unsere Fragen bezüglich Ausflüge usw tolle Tipps. Wir kommen gerne wieder und hoffen viele Menschen können diesen tollen Ort genießen.
Diese Villa lässt wirklich keine Wünsche übrig. Wir waren begeistert vom ersten bis zum letzten unserer 10 Tage. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Es geht, durch die Küstenlage, immer ein leichter, kühlender Wind, der sehr angenehm ist. Sehr große und bequeme Boxspringbetten, jedes Zimmer mit Bad, Klimaanlage und Meerblick.
Viele Restaurants in der Nähe, ein kleiner Tante-Emma-Laden in 1,5 Kilometer, größere Supermärkte in ca. 15 Km. Der Ort ist klein und sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist auch sehr ökologisch angelegt, Solaranlage, Salz statt Chlor im Pool, Klima geht aus, wenn Fenster bzw. Terrassentür geöffnet ist, finde ich sehr gut.
An dem Haus sieht man, dass Ökologisch nicht mit Bequemlichkeitsverlust verbunden sein muss.
Durch das Salz im Pool ist das Wasser da seidenweich.
Klasse ist auch der Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelspender, war immer fleißig in Benutzung.
Haus ist voll unterkellert, Doppelgarage und Weinkeller, man hat dort Platz ohne Ende.
Wir fahren auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder hin.
