The villa (2021) can accommodate up to four people. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms. One of the rooms has a comfortable double bed. The other has two comfortable single box spring beds. Both rooms have their own bathroom with toilet.
The spacious kitchen offers all amenities. There is a Smeg dishwasher and a large Smeg refrigerator. Stones from the beach in Matala have been worked into the beautiful worktop.
From the living room, which is furnished with a lounge sofa and Gispen armchairs, you have access to the spacious terrace with a large pergula and a lower terrace with a 700-year-old olive tree. The swimming pool (8×4) is directly adjacent to the terrace. The spacious front garden has a private parking lot and various fruit trees as well as own vegetables and herbs.

Es ist ein Traumhaus mit einem fantastischen Bergblick . Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt . Jacq und Pilo haben uns herzlich in Empfang genommen . Auf dem großen einladenden Tisch warteten leckere Snacks , gekühlter Wein , Wasser und wunderbares Obst auf uns. Der Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten ,tollen Pflanzen und dem wunderschönen Pool laden zum Erholen ein. Das Haus ist mit soviel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bietet alles um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen. Die Betten und Kopfkissen sind super bequem, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Empfehlungen von Jacq und Pilo für die Restaurants sind klasse und haben uns zu unserem neuen Lieblingsrestaurant geführt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!! Herzlichen Dank Jacq und Pilo für dieses TRAUMFERIENHAUS!!!

Villa Louloudia ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind so nett, begrüßt wurden wir mit griechischen Köstlichkeiten, Obst, Wein und Bier. Am nächsten Morgen bereitete uns Jaqueline ein herrlicher Frühstück. Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool, die Betten,...alles ist wunderbar. Das Haus ist so schön, dass man eigentlich den ganzen Tag nichts anderes tun möchte, als diesen wunderbaren Ort zu genießen. Außerdem habe ich noch nie so nette Gastgeber erlebt. Danke Jaqueline und Pilo! Wir kommen bestimmt nächstes Jahr wieder.
A villa ánd a luxury safari lodge

Having stayed at the delightful Villa Louloudia with friends earlier this year, I returned with seven friends. We have rented the villa with the new safari lodge. This time I slept in the lodge, a luxurious tent with separate bedrooms, a nice bathroom, large kitchen with veranda with lots of shade and lounge area and garden. It is actually a house, but instead of outer walls it has tent canvas, which makes it feel like you are sleeping outside, but with all the luxury and comfort of a villa. I have honestly never had a bed as comfortable as the one in the lodge. Perfect mattress, wonderful pillow. Because we have rented both the villa and the tent, we could also use the swimming pool. Villa and lodge can also be rented separately, you have complete privacy in both the villa and the tent.
