The outdoor area, laid out like an atrium, with large pools, terraces, BBQ, modern fireplace and a beautiful garden leaves nothing to be desired.
In 10 minutes you can reach the beach of Kissamos and in 20 minutes Falasarna. Balos’ dream stand is around the corner, so to speak. The excellent location offers a wide panoramic view of the Gulf of Kissamos day and night.
The main entrance to Villa Lydia is on the first floor next to the large pool. You can expect a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining area for 12 people as well as a living area with satellite TV and a fireplace with direct access to a large veranda. In an open arrangement, from this floor you have a view of the heated indoor pool with sun loungers, which can be reached by stairs from the kitchen.
One bedroom is on the first floor. Downstairs, next to the inner wellness area with a separate common bathroom, there are two more bedrooms. All have their own bathroom.
A second staircase leads to the attic of the villa with a bedroom, which has a bathtub and an en suite bathroom.
Opposite the main building is the second one-story building, which offers you two large bedrooms with their own bathrooms as well as a living area and a small kitchen.
Three bedrooms have queen-size beds, the other three bedrooms each have two single mattresses that can be converted into double beds. All mattresses, bed linen and towels are from Cocomat.
