Description
The master bedroom on 1st floor has a double bed, private bathroom with bathtub and shower and also a private balcony with table and chairs and fantastic views of the Atlantic ocean, golf course and lake. The spiral staircase gives direct access to the pool area. The large living/dining room has table and chairs for 6, 3 sofas, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet and doors giving access to exterior patio with pool (7,5×4,5) – heating optional with extra payment), table and chairs for a meal outside. This area is also accessed through the kitchen which is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washer/dryer.

1. The reservation will only be considered valid, after reception of the deposit amount, which must be made within 72 hours upon to reservation request; payment should be of 25% (twenty five) of reservation value, made by bank transfer or cheque, being considered only on hold till then; this reservation deposit is non reimbursable, and it will only be returned if the reservation is not accomplished for a reason attributable to the owner or agent;
2. Payment of the remaining 75% of reservation value, should be made until 6 (six) weeks before arrival date;
3. If the respective amounts are not paid till agreed limit dates, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled ;
4. If the reservation is made within 6 weeks of arrival date, the full amount must be paid upon booking request;
5. If you need to change your reservation in any way after deposit payment, and up to 6 weeks before the arrival, we will do our best to meet your request. Changes to initial booking may suffer surcharges and cancellation fees will apply;
6. Rates of cancellation, taking into account final payment and arrival date:
a) up to 5 weeks before loss of 25%
b) up to 4 weeks loss of 50%
c) up to 3 weeks loss of 100%;
We strongly advise all guests to have adequate travel insurance in place before your book your holiday.
