Description
Walking through the dining area to the spacious and well-equipped kitchen with Bosch equipment – who wouldn’t want to cook dinner with that gorgeous view! A separate utility room next to the kitchen has the washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board. Villa Margarida also has a half size snooker table and free WiFi.
We inform there is a villa being constructed on plot to the left of Villa Margarida (April 2022 to April 2024).

1. The reservation will only be considered valid, after reception of the deposit amount, which must be made within 72 hours upon to reservation request; payment should be of 25% (twenty five) of reservation value, made by bank transfer or cheque, being considered only on hold till then; this reservation deposit is non reimbursable, and it will only be returned if the reservation is not accomplished for a reason attributable to the owner or agent;
2. Payment of the remaining 75% of reservation value, should be made until 6 (six) weeks before arrival date;
3. If the respective amounts are not paid till agreed limit dates, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled ;
4. If the reservation is made within 6 weeks of arrival date, the full amount must be paid upon booking request;
5. If you need to change your reservation in any way after deposit payment, and up to 6 weeks before the arrival, we will do our best to meet your request. Changes to initial booking may suffer surcharges and cancellation fees will apply;
6. Rates of cancellation, taking into account final payment and arrival date:
a) up to 5 weeks before loss of 25%
b) up to 4 weeks loss of 50%
c) up to 3 weeks loss of 100%;
We strongly advise all guests to have adequate travel insurance in place before your book your holiday.
