The property boasts an exquisite private pool garden, a variety of colorful plants and trees and a manicured lawn to impress even the most discerning eye. During the summer season (March to October): The thick stone walls, high quality building materials and careful design of the accommodation make it heat resistant in the hot summer months

This traditional, Cretan villa offers enough space for up to 6 people on two floors.

The top floor offers a spacious living-dining area, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, 1 bathroom with a shower cubicle and modern hydromassage, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine-dishwasher, 2 balconies and a large terrace with an indescribable view of the lybian sea. On the lower floor there is a double bedroom, a kitchen and a living room. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. All the windows in the villa have mosquito nets to always enjoy the fresh air of the village.

The interior of the villa is carefully designed to reflect its long history and social status of its first owner. Viennese furniture and antiques create a warm and elegant ambience in keeping with the character of the house.

The villa offers an indescribable view of the Libyan Sea, the fertile Messara plain and the Ida Mountains.

Unforgettable sunsets can be enjoyed in the spacious, park-like garden. Plenty of shady seating, some made of natural stone, invites you to relax in the tranquil village of Kalochorafitis.

On the spacious covered terrace you can enjoy an invigorating breakfast with fresh fruits, honey, cheese and vegetables from Cretan nature.
