In addition to a well-kept outdoor area with a private swimming pool, covered barbecue terrace and outdoor dining area, a very spacious vacation villa awaits you, equipped with all the amenities for a relaxing stay.
It is located in Novi Vinodolski, a seaside town where the charm of the coast is omnipresent. We would be very pleased to welcome you as guests in our house.

The location was perfect, especially the lower entrance to the street, so the way to the beach was not difficult. The pool was clean,
Super séjour
Großräumiges Haus mit toller Aussicht. Liegt an einer Hauptstraße und ist dementsprechend nicht ganz ruhig. Pool ist super. Küche auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu 12. und das hat super funktioniert. Der Kontakt zu Marko war problemlos und immer nett. Ich würde es weiter empfehlen
Mega Aussicht mit enormen Geräuschpegel
Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Vermieter sehr herzlich und nett. Was den Urlaub leider etwas trübt ist das es unmöglich ist sich am Pool aufzuhalten wegen der Straße. Sie ist so laut das es auch nachts trotz geschlossener Fenster zu laut ist. Hier wäre vielleicht zu überlegen ob man Massnahmen unternimmt um den Schall etwas abzuschotten. Ein paar Möbel müssten auch überholt werden da man Angst hat manches anzufassen das es nicht auseinander fällt. Zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Es gibt eine kleine Bar im Centrum das Gost&Ona was sehr zu empfehlen ist und essen im Novi Val ist der Hammer.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo . La casa è molto pulita ,adatta per un gruppo di amici , gli spazi sono molto ampi e la cucina è ben fornita. La casa è in una posizione ottima i supermercati sono vicini raggiungibili anche a piedi . La casa offre moltissimi servizi , la piscina, il calicetto , un angolo bar.Lasciano asciugamani e lenzuola in più .

Great mansion with everything u need! The owner was really nice and even let us check in way earlier than the agreed time. We had a nice stay without any problems. The area is beautiful and the sea is just a few minutes walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back! Highly recommend!
This was our first vacation as a whole family of 12 people and I think we couldn’t pick better place. Everything we needed to know was in the description of the accommodation or in the comments.
We were in this great place from 17.6. to 24.6.2023 and it was perfect. The weather was sunny all week so we enjoyed the sea and the swimming pool as well. As the weekend was long we were glad that part of the house equipment is also gas-grill and table-football which we used both several times.
Overall, the price-performance ratio is definitely10/10. Everybody enjoyed the stay here. :)

Rented the house for new years eve, it was a little cold when we arrived, but in some hours every room was warm.

Direkt an Hauptstraße, ansonsten Top
Die Villa ist sehr schön, bietet viel Platz und angenehme Atmosphäre. Die meisten positiven Punkte sind in der Sternevergabe eingebaut. Das Meer in der Nähe hat tolle Eingangsmöglichkeiten.
Die Villa ist einerseits sehr nah am Meer und bei den nächsten Einkaufmögkichkeiten, allerdings liegt sie auch DIREKT an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Dadurch sind viele Stunden am Nachmittag nicht ganz so entspannt und die Fenster kann man über Nacht nicht offen lassen falls man einen leichten Schlaf hat. Die Fenster schirmen jeglichen Lärm jedoch ab, also kann man das auch umgehen.
Ein weiteres Minus sind viele lose Geländer und Regale, denen man nicht 100% vertraut...

Sehr lustiger urlaub
gute Lage weil nah am Strand und Zentrum, leider eine viel befahrene Straße, Lärm und viele Nachbarn (die wirklich tolerant sind) daneben, sonst sehr angenehm und schön
