It features a comfortable living room with a convertible sofa bed (new as of May 2023) and an armchair, along with blackout curtains for cozy evenings. The independent cabin area includes 2 bunk beds with bed rails for children. The apartment is non-smoking and does not allow pets. A travel cot and a baby/child booster chair are available upon request.

The residence is ideally situated in the heart of Villard de Lans, just 200 meters from the bus station, shops, and amenities. The free shuttle stop to the resort is only 150 meters away, making it easy to access the slopes and surrounding attractions.
