Our apartment is located in the attic, overlooking the mountain that you can enjoy on the balcony.

Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn incl., gratis parkeren tegenover het huis kan voor iedereen worden gebruikt.

Bed linen and towels are incl., free parking opposite the house can be used for everyone.

Welcome to Haus Avallon.

We built our house in 2010 and owns the apartment Finn (basement) and apartment Justin (attic).

It is located on the beautiful sunny side of Cochem, in a traffic-calmed street in Ober-Cond.

Our apartments are all non-smoking. No pets.
Free parking behind the house, or public parking opposite the house, is available.

There is storage for your bicycles in the garage.
Bus stop is a few meters from the house, so you can get to the bus station.

Upon arrival, you will receive a guest ticket, which allows you to use all buses and trains of local public transport (ÖPNV/SPNV) in the entire VRM area free of charge during your stay. Discounts at attractions and businesses.

In about 20 minutes on foot you can reach the city center of

Cochem, with its cosy restaurants, cafés, inns and wine bars. Pretty boutiques and small shops invite you to browse and shop.
On the way there, you will experience an excellent view of the Reichsburg and the Moselle.
