The property was completely redesigned, renovated, and partially refurbished in 2021. On the ground floor is the restaurant KuliMaarik and on the upper floor is the holiday apartment - a dream home on 130 square meters. In total, there are two bedrooms available – a small one with access to the balcony and a fantastic view of the Maar, and a larger one with a wonderful view of the greenery. Both bedrooms have a smart TV and free Wi-Fi access. The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with blackout pleated blinds or curtains.
A special highlight is the separate dining room with access to the balcony, also with a view of the Maar. From here, you can access the cozy living room with underfloor heating via a step. In addition to a couch with a sleep function (lying area width 128 cm x 228 cm), there is a cozy reading corner. You can enjoy the sun on our comfortable terrace furniture on the balcony or the partially covered south terrace. Here, the sun shines until sunset.
After a hike or bike tour, or simply to relax, you can unwind your muscles in our infrared cabin. The bathroom is a true oasis of well-being: enjoy a wonderful view of the Maar under the rain shower or relax in the bathtub. A separate guest toilet is also available.
