Apartment with sea views and the city's best location right next to the city's child - friendly beach, close to Øster Hurup harbor and close to all activity in the city in general. The apartment is furnished with kitchen, dining room and living room as well as bathroom on the ground floor with access to a terrace. On the 1st floor there is a large balcony with sea views, a double bedroom and a room with 2 bunk beds for 4 people as well as table football. There is a heat pump and washing machine. There are large common areas that invite to play and ball games. Not for rent to youth groups.
