The holiday home is located in a small settlement on a side street in the district of Schüttdorf in Zell am See. The house was renovated a few years ago and furnished very cosily. It is very well-maintained and conveys a feel-good atmosphere.

The large garden and the furnished terrace invite you to play football or grill in the summer. The house is particularly popular with small groups or circles of friends. A large dining table in the kitchen and the spacious living room ensure social gatherings.

In summer, you can quickly reach Lake Zell, which offers many sporting water activities, especially by bike.
The surfing and sailing school directly on the southern shore looks forward to your visit.
In the immediate vicinity is also the Porsche Riding Club, which offers rides and carriage rides.

Those seeking ice and winter sports in uncertain snowy periods or even in summer have the best view of the eternal ice from the Kitzsteinhorn glacier in the nearby town of Kaprun right from the holiday home.

Once winter arrives, the Areitbahn is just a short walk away. From here, you can experience an eventful winter day in the ski area Zell am See-Kaprun.
