Opis

Cozy holiday home with panoramic views of the lake Oppstrynsvatnet. Boathouse and rowing boat. The holiday home consists of two units: Holiday apartment 43991 on the ground floor, and holiday apartment 43992 located on the 1st and 2nd floor in addition to a bathroom and a storage room in the basement. Holiday apartment 43991 has a wood stove and a sofa bed in the living room. TV with NRK 1,2 and 3. Above the bedroom there is a small loft with a double bed, the height under the ceiling is 1 meter. Due to the ceiling height, the loft is mostly suitable for children. Water and electricity are included in the rent. Long shoreline with swimming possibilities in summer only 20 m from the holiday home. Great hiking terrain a short distance from the holiday home, with several paths and gravel roads. The homeowner also has two mountain cabins that guests can use, the trip there takes 2-3 hours walk through medium demanding terrain. The homeowner can participate as a tour guide up to the cabins. 18 km to Stryn winter ski with: Ski lift/alpine, cross-country and light ski trail. Take the trip to Loen and experience the Loen Skylift with a commuter train from fjord to mountain in 5 minutes and Hoven view restaurant 1100 masl. Via Ferrata / airy suspension bridge 750 masl., in Loen. Oppstrynsvannet has good fishing for char and trout of approx. 200-500 g., in addition to the occasional salmon. 70 m to the boat and the boathouse which is being divided between the two units. Fishing equipment can be stored in the boathouse. For rent: 1x 5 HP engine, Yamaha (between 1/10 -30/4 subject to weather conditions). NB! No charging of electric cars from the cabin.
