Some apartments have an open-plan bathroom and a separate toilet. In the living area, a 120–140 cm wide sofa bed offers additional sleeping space for up to two children. Depending on the unit, amenities include a terrace, atrium, or balcony, as well as a private sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped.
