On a small hill above Neustift offering panoramic views you will find the 450-year old Fleckhof farmhouse in Neder, district of Neustift in the Stubaital renovated in typical Tyrolean style.
The Elfer lifts are just 1 km away, and the stop of the free ski bus that takes you to Stubai Glacier can be reached within 2 minutes on foot only. Cross-country skiers will enjoy the valley trail that you can access within 5 minutes on foot. From Fleckhof you can also reach the centre of Neustift with its supermarket, various restaurants, cafes and shops after a 3-minute drive or a 20-minute walk.

In our beautiful Tyrolean farmhouse we offer 7 traditionally furnished double rooms and 4 fully equipped apartments with sunny Mountain View balconies or terrace access. Our cosy and bright rooms are furnished with wooden furniture in typical Tyrolean style. Breakfast is served in the originally preserved farmhouse parlour in form of a rich buffet with various regional and homemade products such as self-made bread and Grandma Matilda jam, farmer’s butter and yoghurt as well as fresh Sunday pies. Your fresh breakfast eggs come directly from our own hens. As of next year, we will also offer delicious honey products from our own apiary to our guests.

After a day in the mountains you can unwind in our charming spa area with aromatic steam bath, sauna and relaxation room with infrared cabin and recharge your batteries for the next day. In summer you can enjoy the garden and cosy barbecue nights with the family and friends while your children have fun at the playground with swings, slide, playhouse and sandbox. Stable master Martin looks forward to showing our little guests around the sheepfold.

The small landscaped Kampl Lake is only 10 minutes away from our house and offers a large playground, a rest stop, a beach volleyball court and numerous walking trails. In the Stubaital the spectacular runs of the Stubai Glacier, magnificent mountain trails and romantic walks in the Schlick 2000 will also let your heart beat faster. Grandpa Karl is a certified mountain guide and skiing instructor and gladly offers advice and suggestions on the best skiing and hiking tours on request. Hiking between summits and valleys in the Stubai is a unique discovery tour along countless natural treasures. Nature trails for children and stunning high-alpine tours are waiting to be explored.
