Welcome to the Nuwenstat vacation apartment or B&B Nova Civitas (mini suite with breakfast included in the price). Our 66 sqm vacation apartment on the ground floor and our 36 sqm (51 sqm with extra bedroom) B&B on the upper floor of our family house are located in a quiet hillside location (cul-de-sac).
Our vacation apartment and B&B feature their own outdoor seating area/terrace. A communal terrace on our floor is also available to you. Here you will find a whirlpool, large table, a lounge, and a barbecue area.
In the B&B (Nova Civitas), the breakfast buffet is always included. When you rent the vacation home (Nuwenstat), you can participate in the breakfast buffet for an additional fee.
Whether by car, bicycle, or public transport, our vacation apartment/B&B offers a good starting point to explore the diversity of the beautiful Palatinate region. It is also an ideal starting point for hikes in the Palatinate Forest (300m) and the managed cabins (Hohe Loog, Kaltenbrunner Tal, Naturfreundehaus Heidebrunnertal, Toteskopfhütte, ...) or the Hambach Castle and the Wolfsburg.
The Neustadt "Drumrumweg" passes our street and offers the opportunity to take a tour around the city center.
Approximately 300 m away, you will find a bus stop (line 515) with an hourly connection to the city center or the main train station.
