The apartment is located on the fifth floor, accessible by elevator, of one of the most prestigious condominiums of the western Liguria that stands out thanks to its fabulous panoramic view, the swimming pool and the well-kept garden. The apartment opens onto a bright open space that houses the living room, furnished with a smart TV, a double sofa bed and a dining table, and the fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a juicer, a toaster and an espresso coffee machine. A staircase leads to the loft where guests can find the bedroom featuring a queen-size bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Guests will benefit from free wifi connection, heating, washing machine, iron and fan.

*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.

*The shared pool is open from june 16 to September 14, everyday (except Wednesday) from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. A swimming cap could be required.

Bordighera, also known as "The Pearl of the Riviera', thanks to its mild climate it is the perfect destination for a weekend getaway or for a long stay at any time of the year. This town is nestled between the famous city of Sanremo and the French Riviera. From here you can enjoy the sea and the beach, visit the Principality of Monaco, the nearby French cities of Menton, but also visit the charming “borghi” of the Ligurian hinterland. The main points of interest of this town are the church of Sant'Ampelio, the southernmost point of Liguria, and the old town, in the highest point of the city, characterized by medieval walls and alleys. Bordighera is enriched by splendid Art Nouveau buildings and gardens, once home to royals and aristocrats, such as Villa Etelinda, Villa Garnier, Villa Margherita and the exotic Pallanca Garden.
