The apartment is on the first floor of a building without an elevator. The living area features an elegant lounge with two sofas, a TV, and access to the balcony, which is furnished with a coffee table and overlooks a renovated square. The independent kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a dining table, microwave, kettle, oven, and coffee machine.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe. One of them has an en suite bathroom.
A bathroom completes the layout with a shower and a hairdryer.

Guests have access to a washing machine, iron, and Wi-Fi connection.

Starting from the ancient Greek city and going south, the most beautiful equipped beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name comes from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand. Within the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a free beach called Cala Rossa. Venturing even further south, about 30 km away, we find beautiful pristine and rugged beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Wildlife Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek Theater of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini are a must-see, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical, cultural, and scenic beauties. Do not overlook Noto, the seafront with the Avola tuna fishery, and finally the fishing village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to be fully explored, and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to feast your eyes on.
