The apartment, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto the living area, furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped open kitchen. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and a closet, and the second with a double sofa bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Guests will benefit from amenities such as a washing machine, iron, and a private parking space within the property.

Olbia's coastal area alternates between beaches and cliffs of incomparable beauty, including Pittulongu, Porto Istana, Le Saline, Li Cuncheddi, and Bados. In addition, this area offers a network of nature trails rich in biodiversity, of varying degrees of difficulty for all types of hikers, offering breathtaking panoramic views.
The traditional food and wine are also worth discovering, in the numerous restaurants and festivals. Capretto al mirto and Zuppa Gallurese for a land-based dinner, sea urchins, botargo, mussels, and oysters if you prefer to try the fish of the gulf. To accompany, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG is a must, and to finish a delicious seada with honey and a glass of homemade myrtle.
