Apartment Casetta vista mare in piazza a Mondello u Palermo, Sicily

Our Casetta con vista mare (House with sea view) is located in a two-storey building overlooking the square of Mondello, a well-known seaside location 20 minutes from the center of Palermo.

The house has been recently renovated, the furnishing is modern and is the ideal solution for a holiday with family or friends. The kitchen is very functional, equipped with oven, kettle and coffee maker. Despite facing the square the house is very quiet, thanks to the double glazing that will allow you to rest and relax properly.
The house is accessible through some steps: to the right of the entrance is the living room / kitchen with sofa, table and TV. The night area overlooks the living area: it consists of one master bedroom with queen size bed with access to the balcony overlooking the square, and a double bedroom with 2 twin beds overlooking the internal balcony. The balcony, which is accessible from the master bedroom and the living room, is furnished with two chairs, with the possibility of adding deckchairs, and enjoys a splendid view that will literally seduce you: from here you can admire the sea of Mondello, for a relaxing holiday and drinks with a view. To the left of the entrance is the bathroom with both tub and shower, overlooking the internal balcony (small terrace) with can be used as a laundry.

*The house is located in a restricted traffic area; guests can park their car in Mongibello parking which is 5 minutes walking distance.

In a few minutes on foot you will find all services you may need such as markets, fresh fruit and vegetable shops, post and bank office, tobacco shop and a delicious bakery. Last but not least, there is also one of the most appreciated restaurants in the city. Mondello beach is just 5 minutes walk away, as well as the beautiful Capo Gallo Nature Reserve.
