Lovely apartment overlooking Piazza Maggiore, in Bologna.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without a lift, accessible from Via de' Fusari.
The entrance opens onto the bright living area which consists of two spaces divided by an arched opening: the kitchen, fully equipped also with a microwave and a kettle, a dining table and a large wardrobe, and the living room coming with an additional dining table, a sofa bed, a TV and a window.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed and a wardrobe with a mirror.
A full bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the apartment.
At guests’ disposal there are comforts such as free Wi-Fi, heating and a washing machine.
*Please be informed that the city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colours characterising its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city centre there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral im vierten Stock - alles lässt sich zu Fuß erreichen. Wer sehr geräuschempfindlich ist, muss mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. Wir fanden es eher nett das Treiben draußen zu hören. Lage super, Ausstattung ok, Bett sehr bequem. Hat alles gepasst!

Would definitely recommend 10/10. Wonderful Italy’s communication from the get go was great, and they answered all our questions and were ready to help. The location of the apartment itself is super central right by the main square, overlooking it actually and very close to all main streets and main means of transportation. The apartment itself is clean, tidy and has all the amenities you need, from kitchen utensils to wifi and everything. I have to add that the apartment is in the top floor of the building with no elevator, so if you find it difficult to go up and down stairs every time you should know that. Other wise there’s nothing negative I can say. If you’re a young couple or group, you would love that there are lots of restaurants and bars all around the house that become very lively during summer!

Amazing apartment! Could have used some A/C in these hot summer nights but the mini ones they provide get the job done. Abu was an amazing host and very kind at the check in! Would definitely recommend staying there for the amazing view and vicinity to the piazza

This is a pleasant and well organised little apartment right next to the teeming nightlife in Bologna. I stayed alone here for a work week and found it a very convenient alternative to a hotel. The bathroom and the facilities are thru the bedroom, so if you are planning to have some in your party staying on the sofabed in the living room, be aware that they will need to pass thru the bedroom.There's no elevator and there's a very lively street outside: this is not for those who need complete quiet for their nightly rest. For those of us who enjoy finding restaurants and cafés right outside our door, this is the perfect location!
