Our holiday home is designed for self-catering, featuring a small kitchen with an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The spacious living area is equipped with a seating and dining area, as well as satellite TV. There are 2 separate bedrooms, each accommodating 2 people; the second bedroom has an additional television. There is a shower and toilet, as well as a large, covered terrace. Guests from Italy can receive Italian TV programs!! A washing machine for private use is also available. The house is heated with central heating. Ski information: The Ski & Leisure Arena 'Bergeralm-Steinach am Brenner' guarantees the best winter sports options and is one of the largest night skiing arenas in Europe, with more than 9 km in length and 4 different slopes. In our holiday home, you will stay alone, so contact with other people is not possible.
