The Nahetal vacation home consists of two connected residential units, which you can rent depending on the number of guests or type of use. Regardless of whether you rent one or both units. The vacation home is only ever used by you. This means that you stay on your own, there are no other tenants.

For bookings of up to 4 people, accommodation unit 1 with approx. 130 m² is available. On the ground floor there is a large open-plan living/dining area with a wood-burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a guest WC, a hallway with checkroom and the home office. The upper floor offers two bedrooms with double and queen-size beds, a living area (with pull-out couch) and a bathroom with shower, WC and bathtub. If there are four of you and you would like to use the second bathroom on the upper floor, you can also book accommodation unit 2.

If you are booking for more than 4 people, accommodation unit 2 with a total of approx. 50 m² offers a bathroom with shower and WC on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living/sleeping area with a queen-size bed and pull-out couch, a small kitchenette with dining area and a work area with desk.

Are you staying longer or don't want to travel with a lot of luggage? You are welcome to use the modern washing and drying machines in the cellar and a steam ironing station.

The vacation home is allergy-friendly, which is why smoking and pets are unfortunately not allowed. With the exception of a flat rate for the final cleaning, all facilities are included: Towels, bed linen, WLAN, gas barbecue, bicycles and much more.

The holiday home features bright and friendly rooms as well as a comprehensive amenities list on a living area of approximately 180 m². Many pictures are artistically created and give the holiday home a unique atmosphere.

In the garden or on the approximately 30 m² covered terrace, garden furniture/ loungers and a Weber gas grill are available. During the harvest season, you can enjoy our grapes and fresh herbs such as rosemary, sage, mint, and lemon balm.

Regardless of whether you rent one or both living units, the holiday home is always used solely by you. You will thus have privacy, and there will be no other renters.

Are you traveling by car? Then a reserved parking space just for you should not be missing. Unload your things easily and park your vehicle with us. The parking space is located nearby on our own property. Are you also bringing a scooter and need a covered parking option? No problem. Everything is provided.

Many personal furnishings that are very dear to us will delight you. Because we trust you, we do not require a deposit. We ask you for responsible and mindful handling.

Comfortable access for guests
On the day of arrival, you will receive the access code for the front door, which allows you to come and go at any time – whenever you wish during your stay.
You can reach the living and sleeping area, as well as the corresponding bathroom of living unit 2, through another door. You will also receive the access code for this area shortly before your arrival.
Check-in is possible on the day of arrival from 1 PM, and check-out is until 12 PM on the departure day. For personal requests regarding check-in and check-out, please contact us.

How to find us
By car:
Take the exit Bad Sobernheim Mitte from Federal Highway 41. After the town sign, turn left onto Breslauer Straße and then right onto Berliner Straße after about 200 meters. Keep to the left and you will arrive in about 100 meters.
By public transport / train:
From Bad Sobernheim train station, you can reach our holiday home in just over a kilometer or about 15 minutes on foot. A taxi transport is possible from the train station.
By bicycle:
Enjoy the unique natural beauty along the continuously signposted Nahe Cycle Path. Bad Sobernheim is directly on the Nahe Cycle Path, which passes about 1.5 kilometers from the holiday home.
