Welcome to the Andreas holiday apartment.

Not only does the Andreas holiday apartment offer a vacation on the sunny side of life, but it also welcomes you on the sunny side of the Ziller Valley in the peacefully located district of "Ahrnbach," yet close to the center of Stumm. In just 3 minutes by car, you will find a supermarket, the local bakery, and excellent traditional inns.

During your winter vacation, you will enjoy the ideal location with various ski areas reachable within just a few minutes' drive. In summer, nature is practically at your feet, as cycling paths, hiking trails, and the Stumm leisure pool are located directly around the Andreas holiday apartment.

The cozy holiday apartment is the best place to relax for your vacation with children or friends. With 60m2 of space, 2-4 adults along with 2 additional children can feel at home. You will find peaceful nights in the two bedrooms, one featuring a double bed and a sofa bed for the children. The other room with a bunk bed can also be used as a living room. Additional comfort is provided in the bathroom with a shower and WC. Don't forget the fully equipped kitchen with a holiday starter package (coffee capsules, dishwashing liquid, sponge, etc.) and the large balcony that rounds out the holiday apartment. Two parking spaces, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are also available for you free of charge.

The vacation spot Stumm in the Ziller Valley is ideally located in both summer and winter. In summer, you can expect the Stumm leisure pool just 1 km from the accommodation, which is very popular with both young and old. On bad weather days, water lovers can reach the Erlebnistherme Zillertal in Fügen in just 10 minutes by car. On active vacation days, you can step onto the Zillertal cycling trail close to the holiday apartment or explore the mountains along the many hiking trails directly from the accommodation.

In winter, you can reach the Hochzillertal ski area with its valley station in Kaltenbach (3 km away) within a few minutes by the free ski bus, which stops just 20m from the holiday apartment. The valley station of the Zillertal Arena is only 5 km away, and the family ski area Spieljoch in Fügen can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
