Just a few minutes by car from Kitzbühel, situated in the midst of a hiking and skiing area. In winter, the nearest lifts are quickly accessible – ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. In summer, numerous hiking and biking tours start right at the doorstep.

Welcome to your cozy vacation apartment at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser! This lovingly designed holiday apartment in a quiet residential area accommodates 6 people. It captivates with stylish furnishings and a magnificent view of the Kitzbühel Alps.

The Bedrooms:
The compact main bedroom is charmingly and functionally furnished – with a cozy double bed and access to the garden. In the second bedroom, you can dream in a comfortable double bed. Ideal for couples who value a stylish ambiance. The third bedroom features two cozy single beds – perfect for children or friends. Here too, wooden furniture and alpine accents create a cozy atmosphere.

Living Room
The heart of the apartment is the bright, inviting living room with direct access to the generously furnished terrace (60m^2) amidst a lovely garden. Here you can relax after an active day in the mountains, read a good book, or watch television (flat-screen TV with satellite reception).

Kitchen & Dining Area
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine and kettle are available. Dishes and cooking utensils are, of course, provided. The adjacent dining area with a solid wood table invites you to enjoy cozy meals.

Bathroom
The bathroom is modern and functional – with shower, toilet, sink and a practical towel dryer. A large mirror and ample storage space make daily grooming pleasant. Hand and bath towels are included. There is a separate guest toilet in the hallway. A bathtub in a stylish room in the basement invites you to take a relaxing bath.
