Relax in our approximately 65 sqm holiday apartment, which is ideal for up to 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet suburban area and offers you the perfect retreat for your time off.
The apartment is on the ground floor and is easily accessible at ground level. A parking space on the street is also available for you.

Our bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, complemented by a practical bedside table and a spacious 3-door wardrobe where you can store all your clothes. In the living room, you will find an inviting sofa bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), perfect for relaxing evenings. In addition, a comfortable 2.5-seater sofa and two armchairs are available for you. Here you will also find a table, a television, a radio, and of course, free Wi-Fi. Enjoy the fresh air on our covered balcony! The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for shared cooking evenings. A cozy corner bench with an accompanying table and chairs invites you to linger. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a practical washbasin – everything you need for your stay. After an eventful day, you can relax on the spacious sunbathing lawn. Here you will also find a small trout pond and a barbecue area, perfect for sociable evenings outdoors.

The holiday apartment offers good connections to various facilities and public transport. With a distance of only about 500 meters, you can quickly and conveniently reach the city center of Altenkirchen. Here you will find numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, and cultural offerings that enrich city life. The train station and bus station are also only about 700 meters away. This allows you easy access to public transport, whether for commuters traveling to work or for excursions in the surrounding area.

In our non-smoking apartment, no pets are allowed, and the additional costs, such as water, electricity, heating, and final cleaning, are included in the price.
