The charming Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz is located in the north of the sunny island of Usedom and, along with the three Imperial Spas, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts. The long, sandy beach stretches into Poland and is perfect for long walks. At the beginning of the 20th century, hotels and guesthouses were built here in the distinctive spa architecture, creating a beautiful scene together with the spacious promenade, inviting you to an evening stroll.

Activities nearby: The 315-meter-long pier on Zinnowitz beach is ideal for strolling and also serves as a dock for excursion boats. At the end of the pier is a tourist attraction: the diving bell. Experience the Baltic Sea from a different perspective! The dive is an exciting experience for all ages. If the sun happens to be hiding, simply visit the Amber Spa with its 850-square-meter seawater swimming area.

Buchung ging recht schnell. Bezahlung per Paypal war möglich. Allerdings war der Preis irreführend. Nach vollständiger Bezahlung des Betrages kam ein Anruf vom Eigentümer der Unterkunft, dass zusätzlich noch Kosten für die Endreinigung anfallen. (Obwohl die Unterkunft voll bezahlt war) Gegen die Gebühr der Endreinigung hatten wir auch nichts allerdings gegen diese Art und Weise von Bellvilla. Klar war der Preis Top aber auf den zweiten Blick eher Flop. In Zukunft werden wir uns Privat mit Eigentümern einigen und lassen es über Dittanbieter zu buchen. Die meisten Eigentümer wissen nicht einmal wer oder was Bellvilla ist. Jedes mal sind diese überrascht was das für eine Firma sein soll. Keine Ahnung wie Bellvilla an die Wohnungen kommt und was die daran verdienen.Beschreibungen der Umgebung stimmen mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort selten überein. Appartement mit Meerblick sind angegeben, vor Ort sieht man das Meer vor lauter Häusern nicht....Wir hatten bereits schlechte Erfahrungen mit Bellvilla vor 2 Jahren in Kroatien gesammelt, dachten aber wir geben dem ganzen nochmal eine Chance. Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war aber super, die Eigentümerin war sehr nett und was unseren Uraub an ging waren wir trotz der komischen Art von Bellvilla zufrieden. Für die Unterkunft gibts volle Punktzahl für Bellvilla 0. Eine vermeintliche Kontaktaufnahme mit Bellvilla verlief sich nach langem hin und her im nichts.
