In the basement of our detached house with its own entrance, the bright, friendly 72 m² 2-room apartment offers space for up to 4 people. In addition to a spacious kitchen with a small dining area, a bedroom with a double bed (2x2 m), a bathroom and a separate guest toilet (modernized in April 2020), you live in a large living and dining room. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted if necessary (3rd and 4th person), with a topper a good sleeping comfort.

We ensure pleasant temperatures with underfloor heating.

All windows can be darkened with electric shutters - programmable or manually "at the push of a button".

A special highlight is your own spacious terrace. There you can enjoy your stay with a book or a glass of wine. The quiet location of the apartment with its own entrance lets you relax and slow down.

W-LAN access is available free of charge.

We ask for consideration for the following tenants. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed either. Thus, the apartment is also suitable for allergy sufferers.

Satellite TV (43 inches) and CD radio are available for you in the living room. A hair dryer and make-up mirror in the bathroom are a matter of course. Towels, bed linen and tea towels are available in the accommodation.

For stays longer than a week you will receive fresh towels and tea towels from the 5th day.

Various electrical appliances in the kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven) contribute to your usual start to the day.

A clothes horse, clothespins and an iron are available.

Our wall lights and bedside lamps are operated with a touch function.

For your safety, the apartment is equipped with smoke alarms.

There are enough parking spaces on site in the public parking area free of charge.
