Modern apartment recently renovated located on the second floor of a condominium with elevator, in a great location to enjoy your vacation to the fullest. The accommodation opens onto a bright living area with balcony and is furnished with a sitting area, sofa and TV. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including an oven, espresso machine, microwave, juicer and toaster.
The sleeping area has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and wardrobe.
A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the layout.

Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heat pump heating are available to guests.

Please note that the garage on floor -2 of the building has a box exclusively for motorcycles (no cars). There is a free municipal parking lot just 100 meters from the accommodation for those traveling by car.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best-equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find some beautiful unspoiled and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are worth a visit. Not to be overlooked is Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to explore and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to fill your eyes with.
