The structure is composed of 4 newly built apartments, finely furnished, arranged on two levels. You can accomodate from 2 to 7 peppole. It is situate about 750 meters fremo the beach of Naregno and about 1,5 km from the center of Capoliveri. The property has a lot of outdoor space and is completely fenced and has a lot of green Mediterranean vegitation, you can spend your vacation together with your family...your friends... wake up in the morning with the singing of the birds ... smell the perfume of nature...here the apartments Sera and Mattino are specially built for you... If you don't want to go to the beach, you would be able to comfortably sunbathe at the house, otherwise, relax under a tree and allow the breeze to caress your skin, otherwise, enjoy a fresh cocktail poolside.

If government restrictions appear in the 15 days prior to arrival making the vacation impossible, the deposit can be used on another vacation to be spent in 2022/2023.
-DISCLOSURES for other reasons (except for different conditions indicated in the conditions of each individual villa):
From the moment of booking in case of cancellation, 25% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
40% of the rented stay will be charged for cancellations from 59 to 30 days before arrival,
80% from 29 to 16 days before arrival,
and 100% of the rented stay for cancellations or no-shows from 15 days before arrival.
In the event of re-rental of cancelled periods, no penalty shall be applied if there has been no effective
In the event of re-rental of cancelled periods, no penalty shall be applied if there has been no actual financial loss.
