Cozy apartment with terrace, amazing lake view and shared swimming pool in Acquaseria, a few minutes walk from the beach.

The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto the bright living area, furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a closet. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

The highlight of the apartment is the terrace overlooking the lake, the pool and the surrounding mountains, equipped with a dining table and a deck chair.

However, there are many villages to visit: on the branch of Como stand Bellagio "the pearl of Lario", Cernobbio, Argegno, Tremezzo with its Villa Carlotta, Menaggio and the ancient village of Nesso characterized by many romantic views. In the eastern shore of the lake, dominated by Lecco, is worth visiting Varenna and Bellano with its characteristic Orrido. This destination is also perfect for lovers of trekking and outdoor walks: there are many paths on the territory such as the Wayfarer Path (40 km) that starts from Abbadia Lariana to Piantedo and the Greenway of Lake Como (10 km) that connects Colonno and Cadenabbia.
Excellent also the traditional cuisine of Lake Como from fish to cheese to desserts, the perfect combination of lake and mountain is appreciated on the tables of many restaurants in the area.

The apartment is 5 km from Menaggio train station and 1 hour and 25-minute drive from Milano Malpensa Airport.
