• If you need to cancel, please inform us in good time!
• Cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date will not incur any further cancellation costs.
• Cancellations after this period will be reviewed individually. We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the booked accommodation price, as follows:
Cancellation from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed accommodation price (excluding meals)
Cancellation from 14 to 5 days before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed accommodation price (excluding meals)
Cancellation less than 5 days before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed accommodation price (excluding meals)
• The cancellation must be made by unilateral written statement and must be in the hands of the accommodation provider no later than within the above-mentioned periods before the agreed arrival date of the guest(s).
• If the booked apartments are not taken over for the agreed period without cancellation, the guest or the orderer is also obliged to pay 100% of the agreed accommodation price (excluding meals).
• If not all booked beds are occupied or cancelled, the percentage only refers to the agreed price for the unoccupied or cancelled beds.
3. Arrangements in case of early departure/late arrival of the guest
In the event of early departure or late arrival of the guest(s), he/she/they or the orderer is/are obliged to pay 100% of the agreed accommodation price (excluding meals) for the agreed reserved days!
