This flat is located on the third floor of a building with a lift, overlooking a street and an internal courtyard. It consists of an independent kitchen equipped with amenities including a dishwasher and microwave, a living room with a sofa and a TV, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower cubicle completes the layout. There is a double sofa bed in the apartment.

On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. All apartments are also equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a free Wi-Fi line.

* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
