If you want nature, relaxation, comfort and privacy, Chalet GM is the perfect place for you. As soon as you enter the premium chalet, it becomes clear that no compromises were made in the construction and furnishings. The entire 540 m² of living space is a luxurious composition of natural materials. Warm wood takes the lead in the living spaces. Slate and concrete lend their natural flair to the hallways and bathrooms.
Chalet GM is spread over 3 floors. You will be welcomed in the spacious entrance area, where you will notice that great importance was attached to local wood and stone during construction. As soon as you enter, the entrance area impresses with its spaciousness and ensures a relaxed arrival. A wide, open staircase leads to the second floor - or the elevator, which serves all floors.
The heart of the house is located on the second floor - the spacious living area with open kitchen. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: including teppanyaki grill area, steam cooker, beer tap and liquor fountain and much more - let yourself be surprised!
Enjoy a glass of wine at the perfect temperature from the wine fridge on the sofa area by the free-standing central fireplace.
The outdoor infinity pool provides a welcome way to cool off in summer. There is also a hot tub. The pool can only be used in summer (May to October) as it is heated.
A gas barbecue under the covered outdoor kitchen is available for barbecues all year round. The seating area next to it is doubly heated, for cozy warmth from above by radiant heaters and from below by a seat heater.
Two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and infrared shower from Physiotherm© and a dressing room are located on this floor.
There is a further bedroom with en suite bathroom on the open gallery. There are two Physiotherm© infrared seats here for additional, soothing warmth.
An additional living unit with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living area is located on the first floor.
The indirect lighting throughout sets the scene for all elements and furniture. The larch wood on the walls, ceilings and floors spreads a pleasant and cozy scent. The excellent indoor climate can be felt with every breath.

Es gibt nichts schönes als hier unbeschwert Urlaub zu machen. Einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen und sich fühlen wie eine Königin. Mehr Luxus geht gar nicht, doch leider gibt es immer wieder Menschen die es offensichtlich nicht so Wert schätzen, dass man es auch wieder in einem guten Zustand verlässt. Auch Dinge einfach mitzunehmen, denkt es gehöre als Bonus dazu, geht in meinen Augen gar nicht. Es sind so liebevolle und herzens gute Menschen, die Vertrauen und vollen Respekt verdienen. Vertrauen muss beidseitig da sein, hier seit Ihr echt richtig.... Danke Danke Danke für die tollen Wohlfühl Tage und den Luxus. Mögt weiter Vertrauensvolle Menschen zu Euren Chalet finden und mieten. Die ultimative Luxusvilla im Brandnertal.
Eine solche Liegenschaft findet man selten und wenn, kann man diese bestimmt nicht mieten.
Wir durften eine Woche in diesem traumhaft schönem Alpenchalet unsere Ferien verbringen.
Das extrem grosszügige Raumangebot bietet enorm viel Platz und der liebevolle Innenausbau lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Die Eigentümer haben nicht nur einen sehr guten Geschmack, sondern sind auch sehr grosszügig.
Wir durften alles benutzen (Küchengeräte/Gewürze etc.), was nur selten der Fall ist. Oftmals sind gewisse Bereiche oder Utensilien abgeschlossen und dürfen von den Mietern nicht benutzt werden.
Man spürt, dass die Eigentümer ihr Herzblut in diese Liegenschaft reingesteckt haben.
Das Chalet hat eine Grösse von 520 m² verteilt auf vier Stockwerke.
Insgesamt hat es fünf Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder (Rituals Pflegeprodukte).
Alle Stockwerke sind mit dem hauseigenen Lift erreichbar.
Es gibt sehr viele Highlights in diesem Haus.
Wir verbrachten jeden Abend auf der überdachten Terrasse, welche sehr durchdacht gebaut wurde, da diese wettergeschützt ist und bei tieferen Temperaturen beheizt werden kann.
Dort befindet sich auch der wunderschöne Pool (beheizt) und der Hot Pot, welche einen fantastischen Blick über Brand bietet. Der Garten bietet viel Privatsphäre und ist von allen Seiten blickgeschützt.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist dennoch zentral.
In nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss ist man im Zentrum, wo sich auch die Dorfbahn/Gondelbahn befindet.
Eines der besten Restaurants (Brandnerhof) befindet sich gleich unterhalb der Villa.
Wer lieber selber kocht oder seinen Koch mitnimmt, findet eine aussergewöhnliche Küche, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten welche eine moderne Küche bietet.
Wir werden unseren Urlaub nie vergessen, denn wir genossen jede Sekunde an diesem wunderschönen Ort und in diesem aussergewöhnlichen Chalet.
Ein herzliches Dankeschön gilt auch AAA-Appartments, für die professionelle, freundliche und sehr zuvorkommende Betreuung, während unserem Aufenthalt.

Super, man kann seine Unterhose gut am Kamin trocknen, da extra ein Dekogestell bereitgestellt wird. Gut dass der Strom inklusive ist, da kann man den Tesla auch schnell wieder aufladen bis 100%.
Einfach traumhaft dieses Haus. Alle Wünsche werden erfüllt.
Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter, sonst wäre es noch schöner gewesen. Super netter Hausmeister. Rund herum zufrieden und sehr zu empfehlen. Vg Anita und Jürgen Köth

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Chalet mit viel Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Architektonische Meisterleistung von Materialien,Formen und Farben. Alles ist durchdacht bis ins letzte Detail. Qualitativ nur das Beste. Edelstahl Pool der beheizt ist und somit schon im Mai prima zu benutzen war. Mega schöne Außenküche mit Weber Grill und Sitzplätze ebenfalls beheizt für tolle Abende. Die Aussicht in Richtung Schweiz ist täglich atemberaubende. Der plätschernte Bach den man hört am Morgen wenn man das Schlafzimmerfenster aufmachen ist Musik für die Ohren.
Wunderbare Leinen/ Baumwolle Bettwäsche in Top Qualität ist so einmalig gemütlich, dass es das aufstehen jeden Tag schwieriger macht ;-)
Helikopter Rundflug ist ebenfalls möglich vor Ort. Der Pilot ist über das Chalet geflogen, so dass wir das Haus von der Vogelperspektive aus gut sehen konnten.Mega Erlebnis!
