You can enjoy a wonderful holiday sunbathing on the terrace, on its two comfortable sun loungers, contemplating the beautiful views of the canal. You will find an ideal furnished terrace where you can have lunch and dinner in the open air and surrounded by your people or have a good barbecue on the mobile barbecue. There is an outdoor shower so that you can refresh yourselves in those days of intense sun. The plot is completely fenced.

The house of about 118 m2 is distributed on two floors and has an air conditioning unit on each floor. On the ground floor you will find the living room that shares space with the dining room, where there are two comfortable sofas where you can watch your favourite series or films on the satellite TV and a table with 6 chairs where you can have lunch or dinner in a fresh and luminous atmosphere. The independent and gas kitchen is modern and practical, it has all you need to cook your best dishes; besides, on this same floor, there is a bathroom with a normal shower. The laundry room is separate and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two of them with double beds, wardrobes and access to a small balcony with unobstructed views of the canal and a third bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe. A cot and high chair are provided for our youngest guests. The bathroom on this floor is practical and modern with a normal bathtub.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

There is outdoor parking for one car.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
