- from 4 weeks before the beginning of the lease 90 % of the amount agreed for the lease.
In case of cancellation or no-show, the landlord is obliged to rent the apartment to other parties. If the apartment can be rented to another party, a compensation for damages in the amount of the difference to a lower re-renting price will be due.
The landlord reserves the right, in the event of cancellation, non-arrival of the guest or rebooking, an additional settlement fee / processing fee in the amount of 10% of the rental price.
With regard to the cancellation, the guest can prove that the lessor has not suffered any damage or that the damage is significantly less than the aforementioned lump sums.
