Inside, the living - dining room meets you. Its the place to rest watching the satellite TV and enjoy your meals together while admiring the views to the pool. The spacious kitchen, with a ceramic hob, also offers a space for lunch and dinner. There are 3 bedrooms, with a closet and AC. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the other two have twin beds. There is a second bathroom for the rest of the house and it features a bath. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Finally, you'll find a baby cot and a high-chair, 3 portable fans and 3 more ceiling fans in the living - dining room and the kitchen.

The garden in this amazing villa is, no doubt, its main appealing. A great lawn area with a children playground and a cosy corner with fruit trees surround the beautiful building and the great terrace with the chlorine pool. It sizes 10 x 5 metres and the water depth ranges from 1 to 2.4 metres. After a nice swim in the water, you can relax on the 6 sun loungers or on the Bali bed, and enjoy a drink whilst reading a book under the pergola. Then, both the porch and the terrace outdoors, invite to enjoy a delicious barbecue.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner. Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
