The exteriors of this beautiful property are wonderful as they have a great simplicity but lots of liveliness and beautiful mountain views. A beautiful Mallorcan stone construction is the center of the estate, surrounded by beautiful corners of lawn and, in front of it, a great private salt pool, of 8.5 m x 4.5 m and with a depth of 0.6 to 1.7 m. It has an outdoor shower and toilet, as well as six sun loungers around it for sunbathing. And for your evenings, the porch invites you to prepare some tasty barbecues. The plot is fenced and the privacy is total.

When you enter to the house, you find an impressive living room with satellite TV, open to the kitchen. This is equipped with gas cooktop, a table with chairs also to eat here and air conditioning. The laundry is an independent room and offers a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and an iron. As for the rooms, all have air conditioning. Right here, you have three of them with a wardrobe, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. On the upper floor, there is the last one, equipped with a double bed, a dressing room and TV (no satellite). There is availability for 2 cots and 2 high chairs. Finally, there are two bathrooms in the house, one downstairs with a shower and a separate hydromassage bathtub, and another one with a shower upstairs.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.

Tourist license: ETV/4810

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55?/night and guest during the low season and 2.2?/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
