It forms a small tourist center with a good dozen bars and restaurants that have settled around the beach. There are also two smaller supermarkets with everything that is important for daily needs. If you ever need more infrastructure, just drive to the neighboring Cala Ratjada with its lively beach and harbor promenade. Nearby, there are also several golf courses, most notably "Capdepera Golf".

Die Finca besticht durch ihre geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die besonders großzügige und gut durchdachte Ausstattung! Sie ist schön gelegen und zu drei Seiten des Hauses finden sich Liegeplätze, so dass man immer Sonne oder Schatten wählen kann.
